Glow Blend (TB-500 + BPC-157 + GHK-Cu)
Recovery + Skin Blend
Glow Blend (TB-500 + BPC-157 + GHK-Cu) Research Protocol
Quickstart Overview
The Glow blend combines two recovery peptides (TB-500 and BPC-157) with the copper peptide GHK-Cu, pairing systemic/local tissue repair with GHK-Cu's collagen-remodelling and skin-regeneration activity. It is popular in aesthetics-and-recovery research.

Dosing & Reconstitution Guide
Units assume a U-100 insulin syringe (100 units = 1 mL). Solution may show GHK-Cu's blue tint — this is normal. Inject slowly (GHK stings).
Reconstitution Steps
- 1Allow the lyophilized vial and bacteriostatic water to reach room temperature (~15 min).
- 2Swab both vial stoppers with a fresh 70% isopropyl alcohol pad and let them dry.
- 3Draw 3.0 mL of bacteriostatic water into a mixing syringe.
- 4Insert at an angle and let the water run slowly down the glass wall — never directly onto the powder.
- 5Gently swirl (do not shake) until the solution is completely clear.
- 6Label with date and concentration (mg/mL) and refrigerate at 2–8 °C immediately.
Supplies Needed
Planning example for a 8-week protocol at approximately 1000 mcg per day.

Important Notes
- GHK-Cu makes the solution blue and injections sting — inject slowly.
- Blends complicate exact dose attribution per compound.
How This Works
BPC-157 and TB-500 provide complementary tissue repair (local growth-factor signalling and angiogenesis plus systemic cell migration), while GHK-Cu acts as a copper chaperone that up-regulates collagen, elastin and glycosaminoglycan synthesis and modulates thousands of genes toward a younger, lower-inflammation state. Together they target recovery and skin/connective-tissue quality simultaneously.
Potential Benefits & Side Effects
- Combined tissue repair (BPC/TB) and collagen remodelling (GHK-Cu)
- Improved skin firmness and wound healing
- Angiogenesis and anti-inflammatory activity
- Popular aesthetics + recovery profile
- GHK-Cu injections can sting — inject slowly
- Transient fatigue (TB-500)
- Injection-site reactions
- Theoretical oncology concern (angiogenic components)
Lifestyle Factors
- Adequate hydration and 7–9 h of sleep are standard controls in most research protocols.
- Consistent dose timing improves the reliability of any self-tracked endpoints.
- Maintain a clean, sterile workflow for every draw to avoid contamination.
Injection Technique
- 1Wash hands, then prep the vial top and the target site with separate alcohol swabs.
- 2Pinch a subcutaneous skin fold (abdomen, ~2 inches from the navel) and insert at 45–90°.
- 3Depress the plunger slowly over 3–5 seconds, hold 5 seconds, then withdraw.
- 4Rotate sites each administration and dispose of the syringe in a sharps container.
